For Realtors, SuperNewHomeSearch.com will be the most comprehensive and up-to-date site available. It will feature every builder and each model being built at their communities. Covering the DC and Baltimore metro areas plus the Eastern Shore, this site will dominate the Realtors’ search for new homes.

Consumers will finally have a website that combines all the homes available for sale in one place. New homes, re-sales and even for-sale-by owner homes will be featured in this new site, HomeSweetHomeSearch.com. Interactive mapping combined with creative search criteria (price, location and even schools, etc) will quickly make this site the most visited by home shoppers. An extensive marketing program is planned.

E-mails have made communications instantaneous. Our comprehensive Realtor E-mail lists are used by all major builders, real estate firms and mortgage companies to reach and influence active real estate agents. These real estate lists now include all 50 states with over 1.5 million E-mail addresses.

Our unique Consumer E-mail lists comprised of Renters, Homeowners and Active Adult Homeowners make reaching the end user much faster and less expensive than traditional advertising or direct mail.

Our full service Direct Mail department has developed specialized lists of Realtors at their home and office addresses, major corporations’ relocation departments, Realtors who concentrate on sales of luxury homes plus other innovative and effective lists.
